This is such a fresh, tasty salsa to go with any dish, and SO easy to make. My favourite is to serve it with a seared tuna steak and Asian greens…

Just finely chop the following:

1 Fresh Mango
½ A Red Onion
1/3 of a Cucumber
10 Baby Pommodorro Tomatoes
1 spring onion
7 Hot Sweet Peppadew Piquanté Peppers (these really make it!)

Mix it all up and enjoy!

And enjoy this tasty relish knowing research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango have been found to protect against lots of different cancers, help clear your skin, AND is rich in glutamine acid – an important protein for concentration and memory. Perfect!
