These delicccciouss “banoffi bites” are a tasty little “fridge cake” treat you can keep in the freezer, then whip out when you want a little pick me up! No baking required! Step by step on my @pwpantry instagram highlites. 100% yum. 🍌🍫
Ingredients:
BASE:
70g Coconut Oil
225 Oat Flour (any GF flour really)
100ml Rice Malt Syrup (again, honey, maple syrup etc all fine!)
30g Cocoa
Big pinch of salt
MIDDLE LAYER:
5 bananas
150g nut butter
Bit more oat flour (for consistency correction)
TOP:
150g melted choc (I used 85% Lindt dark but all works!)
Then store in freezer and take out little chunks to eat (give it about 4 mins to defrost!) 😘😘😘
