**BLACK BEAN BROWNIES**

UNREAL!! My friend @wholesomelyhungry recommended these, and they are SO easy and SO UNBELIEVABLY MOIST and tasty. Give them a go!

In  your food processor add:

1 Can of Blackbeans (drained – just the beans)

1/2 a Cup of Raw Cacao

1/2 Cup of Rice Malt Syrup

2 TBspn Olive Oil (/Flax oil)

1  TBspn Vanilla Essence

1 Tbspn Almond Flour (Ground Almonds)

1 tbs Baking Powder

Mix your processor with all ingredients in together, then pour onto a lined tin (baking paper ideally)

Sprinkle either choc chips / pecans / any nuts on top.. then pop them in the oven for about 20mins @ 180’C

Once you take them out, let them cool and store in the fridge to keep them  gooey.

Black beans are prized for their high protein & fibre content, and are filled with phytochemicals that protect your cells from damage —in fact they’re thought to be even more packed with antioxidants than other varieties, so tuck into these DELICIOUS gooey brownies knowing you’re looking after your heart health!
