This is such an easy one to make, and you can feel good knowing you’re feeding yourself or your little ones with a natural jam, free from additional refined sugar.
It also makes a lovely gift if you have some sweet pots and are any good doing pretty labels!
2 cups of Raspberries
2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons of Warm Water
1 Teaspoon of Honey / Agave (or as you like the taste – some people enjoy no sweetness and like the tartness of the raspberries)
Pop it all in your food processor / nutribullet for a few seconds and then straight in the fridge!
