Summer on a stick! On hot days like today there is nothing better than my newest icy obsession, a frozen fruit Pina Colada Popsicle.
Just whizz up in a blender some Bananas, Pineapple, Coconut Milk Powder, Chia Seeds, Fresh Mint, and Mango. Pour the mixture into your moulds and place in the freezer for 5 hours / overnight.
These popsicles are the perfect way to use up any fresh fruit you happen to have on hand, so you can really use anything you have such as strawberries / kiwis, but the Coconut Milk power makes the popsicles especially tasty. It is made from freshly pressed coconuts and is a fantastic dairy free alternative, and makes these popsicles deliciously creamy.
Once they’re chilled, enjoy to your hearts content in the hot weather knowing your ice pops have no GM / additives / nasties.
