I have wanted to try this Sukrin Chia & Hemp Bread for a while, and its my new favourite gluten free, low carb AND sugar free bread. Perfect for smashed avo in the morning.

Sukrin bread is made from Chia and Hemp, and is free from gluten, egg, sugar, wheat, dairy, yeast, soya – so most people can enjoy!   This recipe was developed by their team in nutritionists in Norway with non-GMO ingredients.  Any questions just ask but I highly recommend this if you love your toast in the morning but are looking for a healthier option!

It takes just one hour to cook, baking at 200’C with whichever seeds and nuts on top to spice it up.   I just added some pumpkin seeds and have been enjoying with Almond Butter for breakfast.
