🍍🎼 Do you like pina coladas… 🎼🍍 This sunny weather has got me all tropical 🍍 My favourite smoothie on a blue sky day is my morning “pina colada”..! Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Water, Chia Seeds and Fresh Mint. 🍍🍍
Coconut Milk Powder is made from freshly pressed coconut milk. It’s SUCH a delicious and easy dairy free alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or allergic to animal milk. To make enough for 2 people I used 1 x Frozen Banana, Half a fresh Pineapple, 3 large Tbspns of Coconut Powder, a cup of Coconut Water, a teaspoon of Chia Seeds, the Juice of 1 Lime & Fistful of Chopped up Fresh Mint.
