If you’re looking for something fun to feed the kids on Halloween, how about these cute little “carved pumpkin faces”!? Simply make your favourite chilli con carne and pop it in mini carved Orange Peppers to serve! I carved little faces in to peppers and baked the empty shells in the oven for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat up you chili (always tastes best if made the night before). Once they are starting to soften, take them out and fill with your chilli. So easy.
Serve with grated cheese, natural yoghurt and a side salad..
