This gooey brownie will hit any chocolate lovers spot, without all of the additives or refined white sugars of a chocolate bar…
Incredibly moreish, so make sure you cut the cake up in to tiny chunks and share…
Ingredients:
- 150g of Almonds (although Hazelnuts are also delicious and slightly creamier)
- 300g of Organic Wholenut Peanut butter
- 300g of Medjool dates (must be Medjool as they are much sweeter and sticker which you need for the stickiness of the brownie)
- 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp of Honey
- 6 tbsp of Raw Cacao
- 2 pinches of Sea Salt
- 4 tbsp Grated Coconut
Simply put all the ingredients above into your food processor (Magimix mini is the one I love) and blitz until everything is gooey.
Once is it all mixed, scrape out into a tin, pop a final sprinkle of sea salt on top along with the desiccated coconut, and pop it in the freezer to set. It should only take about an hour or so and then it is ready to serve!
Really delicious with Co-Yo Coconut Yoghurt, or raspberries.
Hope you enjoy..!
